Terms of Use
Last updated: August 11, 2026
These terms govern your use of the OneDay iOS app and oneday.so. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use OneDay.
The service
OneDay is a personal accountability ledger: one Main finish line, one Must for today, an honest evening close, and the same Must again if you miss. A mentor is available for Sunday and after a miss. OneDay is not medical, legal, or financial advice, and it is not therapy.
Accounts
You may sign in with Apple or an email one-time code. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your account in Settings. We may suspend access for abuse or fraud.
Subscriptions (iOS)
OneDay on iOS is sold as an auto-renewing monthly subscription through Apple. Apple is the merchant of record. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price shown in the app and on the App Store.
- You can manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or via Manage subscription in OneDay Settings.
- Offer codes, if provided, are redeemed with Apple’s system redeem sheet in the app.
- Restoring purchases uses Apple’s restore flow and your Apple ID entitlements.
Access in the app follows Apple’s current entitlements for product com.oneday.app.monthly. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
Your content
You keep ownership of the goals, notes, proofs, and messages you create. You grant us a limited license to process them only to operate the service (including sending mentor messages to our AI provider). Do not submit content that is illegal or that you do not have the right to use.
Acceptable use
Use OneDay for your own work. Do not attempt to break, scrape, or overload the service, or to bypass payment.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that using OneDay will cause you to finish your Main. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from your goals, misses, or decisions.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material subscription terms remain those Apple displays at purchase.
